1. General information
Xpand IT owns and is responsible for managing the websites made available through its main domains, namely xpand-it.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Websites”), which are governed by these Terms of Use.
The conditions set out below govern the use of the Websites, through which information related to Xpand IT’s services is publicly disclosed. We recommend that you read these Terms of Use carefully and in full.
Accessing, browsing, or using the Websites implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use.
Xpand IT reserves the right to refuse, suspend, interrupt, or cancel, in whole or in part, access to the Websites by users or visitors who fail to comply with any of the conditions set forth in these Terms of Use.
The Websites contain materials, including articles, studies, and project descriptions prepared by Xpand IT, made available exclusively for informational purposes. Xpand IT may modify, develop, or update such materials at any time without prior notice.
2. Use of content, restrictions and privacy statement
Unless expressly stated otherwise, users are authorized to view, copy, print, or distribute the content of the Websites without editing it, provided that: (i) such use is solely for informational and non-commercial purposes; (ii) any copy of the content is accompanied by the respective copyright, trademark, or other applicable rights notices; and (iii) the content is not copied, printed, distributed, or made available with changes, additions, or deletions that are not clearly identified as having been made by the user, under the user’s sole responsibility.

The user is not authorized to copy, use, reproduce, adapt, modify, decompile, or exploit any software, process, technology, or functionality incorporated into the Websites that is owned by Xpand IT or by third parties.
The user undertakes to access and use the Websites in accordance with applicable law and these Terms of Use.
The processing of personal data carried out in connection with the use of the Websites is performed in accordance with Xpand IT’s Privacy Policy. The use of cookies and similar technologies is governed by the respective Cookie Policy, both of which are made available on the Websites.
Whenever the user voluntarily submits personal data through the Websites, the user should first consult Xpand IT’s Privacy Policy, which describes the purposes, legal bases, data subject rights, and other legally required information.
Any information, material, idea, or content, except for personal data, voluntarily submitted by the user through the Websites will be considered non-confidential, unless expressly stated otherwise or unless an applicable written agreement provides otherwise. The user represents and warrants that they have the rights, licenses, and authorizations necessary to submit such content and grants Xpand IT a non-exclusive, royalty-free authorization limited to the use of such content to the extent necessary to analyze, respond to, manage the request, or operate the functionality through which the content was submitted.
3. Intellectual property rights and use of Xpand IT names and logos
All content made available on these Websites is subject to intellectual and industrial property rights belonging to Xpand IT or to third parties that have authorized its use, and users are not granted any rights other than those strictly necessary for the use of the Websites.
For the purposes of this provision, content includes, among other things, text, images, photographs, files, logos, graphics, icons, colors, the structure and design of the Websites, the selection and organization of their respective content, as well as the software, links, audiovisual or sound content, graphic elements, and source code necessary for their operation, access, and use.
The Websites and their respective content are protected by applicable Portuguese legislation on copyright, trademarks, and industrial property, as well as by international conventions and other applicable legislation.
The name “Xpand IT” and the respective logos constitute protected trademarks. The use of the Xpand IT trademark, whether alone or in combination with other words, images, or graphic elements, in press releases, advertising, promotional materials, marketing activities, or any other means of communication, regardless of format, is prohibited without the prior express authorization of the respective owner, unless otherwise provided in these Terms of Use or under applicable law.
References to third-party trademarks, trade names, or logos appearing on the Websites are included solely for informational purposes. Their inclusion does not imply any approval, association, recommendation, or sponsorship of the Websites or their respective content by the owners of such trademarks, names, or logos.
These Terms of Use do not grant the user any license or right to use trademarks, trade names, logos, or any other intellectual property rights belonging to Xpand IT or to third parties.
4. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
These Websites are intended exclusively to provide general information and do not constitute professional, legal, financial, tax, or other advice of any kind.
Before making any decision or taking any action that may produce financial, legal, or other relevant effects, you should seek advice from qualified professionals.

Xpand IT assumes no responsibility for content introduced by users and reserves the right to remove, block, suspend, or delete it, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice, whenever it considers that such content violates these Terms of Use, third-party rights, or applicable law.
This disclaimer and the limitations of liability set forth herein apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and do not exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
