Our mission is to lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring that the value promised to the client is delivered with excellence, regardless of technical complexity. As a Delivery Manager, you will be the central point of the client relationship, ensuring the operational success of solutions and the continuous improvement of delivery processes.
Main responsibilities
As a Delivery Manager, you will hold the responsibility of managing the project lifecycle, balancing business needs with team performance. Your focus will be:
- Planning and coordinating the scope of releases and sprints, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
- Proactively managing budget, timeline, and risks, removing blockers to execution.
- Monitoring project execution through rigorous metrics, using models such as Earned Value Management.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring transparent communication and a relationship of trust.
- Supporting Pre-sales teams and contributing to the evolution of internal project management methodologies.
Stacks:
- Methodologies: Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Waterfall, or Hybrid;
- Management: Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or equivalent tools.
Requirements
IT Experience
Solid experience in project or service management within the technology sector (consultancy or software development).
Agile & Scrum
Proficiency in Agile methodologies, ideally with a PSM (Professional Scrum Master) certification or equivalent.
Soft Skills & Leadership
Strong leadership capabilities for cross-functional teams and resilience in high-pressure environments.
Project Management
Deep knowledge of management best practices (scope, time, cost, quality); a PMP certification is a strong plus.
Stakeholder Management
Excellence in communication and the ability to influence both technical and business audiences.
Languages
Mandatory fluency in both Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
Nice to have:
- Hands-on experience with the Earned Value Management (EVM) model;
- Knowledge of Cloud, Data, Integration, or Digital Product projects;
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and process automation;
- Previous experience in technology consulting roles.
