Main responsibilities
As a UX/UI Designer, you will collaborate on omnichannel projects and help craft effective, user-centered digital experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in UX discovery and strategic definition processes;
- Analyzing problems and defining functional requirements with internal teams and stakeholders;
- Developing user journeys, empathy maps, flows, and information architecture;
- Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity layouts;
- Supporting the creation and evolution of Design Systems;
- Ensuring compliance with accessibility standards;
- Contributing to UX Quality Assurance activities;
- Clearly communicating the rationale behind your design decisions;
- Applying design thinking and critical analysis;
- Fostering continuous improvement through feedback.

Requirements
Degree in Design or similar
Bachelor’s or master’s in visual, digital, or interaction design.
UX specialization
Training or certification in user-centered design methodologies.
Professional experience
Minimum 1 year of professional experience. Participation in real-world UX/UI projects with tangible deliverables.
Strong communication and empathy
Ability to articulate ideas, listen actively, and collaborate in a team setting.
Autonomy and sense of responsibility
Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Languages
Intermediate English (spoken and written). Comfortable communicating and documenting in international project environments.
