As a Talent Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for contributing to Xpand IT’s global Employee Engagement strategy in order to maximise levels of employee performance, engagement, satisfaction and retention.
You will plan, implement and support a series of activities throughout the year that promote a collaborative spirit in a hybrid work environment, including the management of several important moments of the employee lifecycle. You will gather information about what motivates, engages and retains employees, and will use this information to develop tailor-made engagement activities and improve our talent management processes.
Your role
- Plan and implement initiatives that reinforce the company’s core values and promote the sense of belonging and commitment from employees.
- Collaborating with experts across the company to maximise the impact of these activities.
- Participate in the implementation of HR processes across the organization, in partnerships with top and middle management.
- Be a human resources partner for all talent management issues.
- Propose and implement improvements in processes such as onboarding, training management, performance evaluation, career management, offboarding and other.
- Advocate and be an example of Xpand IT’s core values and promote their practical application at all levels of the organization.
- Propose new ways of cultivating employee’s commitment and engagement.
Job requirements
Professional Experience
Experience (+5 years) in HR operations and project management.
Teamwork
Ability to work under pressure, independently, and as part of a team.
Sense of responsibility
Ease in building empathy and trust at all levels of the organization, with a strong sense of responsibility.
Innovative spirit
Intellectual curiosity and an innovative mindset, with an interest in exploring solutions currently practiced in the sector.
Proficiency in Microsoft tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Language
Fluent in spoken and written English.
