In the Business Process Transformation team, we turn complex processes into simple, efficient, and scalable digital solutions, bringing business and technology together to create real value.
As a Senior Power Platform Developer, you will build low-code applications, automations, and integrations that make processes more agile and sustainable. We are looking for someone autonomous and technically mature, able to support architecture decisions and turn business challenges into robust solutions.
Main responsibilities
- Understand the business and support the definition of functional solutions and use cases;
- Develop solutions using Power Apps (canvas and model-driven apps) Power Automate, and Copilot Studio;
- Define and support the architecture of Power Platform solutions, taking on a senior role in technical guidance;
- Ensure best practices in development, security, performance, and solution maintenance;
- Work closely with other teams on more complex and integrated solutions;
- Identify the limitations of low-code and propose hybrid solutions when needed;
- Participate in pre-sales initiatives, including prototyping, presentations, and webinars;
- Research new technologies and use cases relevant to clients.
Stacks:
- Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents);
- Experience developing copilots and conversational agents;
- Integration with Microsoft Azure is a plus.
Other technologies (a plus):
Confluence, Jira; Git, Jenkins, Bamboo, TFS; and Agile methodologies such as Scrum.
Requirements
Academic background
Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management, or a similar field, with 5 years proven experience in IT projects.
Power Platform experience
Solid experience in Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio, preferably with technical responsibility in implementing these solutions.
Copilots and conversational agents
Hands-on experience creating copilots and conversational agents, as well as delivering projects end-to-end.
Functional analysis and requirements
Ability to perform functional analysis, gather requirements, and engage with both technical and functional stakeholders.
Communication
Strong communication skills, sense of responsibility and organization, analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to provide technical guidance and support other team members.
Languages
Fluency in Portuguese and English is required, both written and spoken.
Nice to have:
- Experience in programming, particularly .NET and APIs;
- Experience in functional analysis;
- Advanced knowledge of Power Platform, including customization, integration, and limitations;
- Experience with Agile methodologies, namely Scrum;
- Experience with development support tools.
