We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer, with a focus on Partnerships, to join our Data unit.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by leveraging our strategic technology partnerships (e.g., Microsoft, Google, Confluent, Cloudera, MongoDB, Databricks) within existing accounts, with the goal of creating new business opportunities and strengthening existing relationships. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, capable of identifying partnership opportunities, developing go-to-market strategies, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders, working closely with the Sales team.
Your role
The main goal of this role is to drive business growth and market expansion by identifying new opportunities through our strategic technology partnerships. This includes developing and implementing partnership initiatives aligned with company goals, nurturing strong relationships to foster collaboration opportunities, managing partnerships from a commercial perspective (including partnership levels, incentives, and performance), and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business strategy and technology solutions.
Identify and build a pipeline of new partnership opportunities to support business growth and market presence;
Participate in negotiations and the closing of strategic agreements with technology partners, aligned with the Data Engagement Directors;
Align with technology partners on new initiatives and joint go-to-market strategies;
Manage partnership relationships, including levels, incentives, and commercial agreements;
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing and Sales) to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives;
Stay up to date with industry trends to identify new focus areas and emerging opportunities.
Job requirements
Professional experience
Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial or sales roles
Business experience
Experience in business development, partnership management, or similar roles in the tech sector (preferred)
Communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong negotiation abilities
Stakeholder management
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
Strategic thinking
Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset, combining strategic thinking with a data-driven approach
Languages
Fluency in English (mandatory)
Additional valued experience:
Previous consulting experience;
Experience in multicultural or international environments;
Familiarity with CRM and partnership management tools.
