Being a Service Lead in the Customer Facing Apps team means establishing successful relationships and offering a good Customer Experience to our clients.
Your role
Um Service Lead, na equipa de Core Services, é a peça-chave na nutrição e evolução das nossas relações com os clientes. Pensa de forma estratégica e conduz revisões abrangentes para ajudar a moldar os planos de TI dos nossos clientes. Atuando como o principal ponto de contacto, garante uma comunicação fluída entre a nossa equipa técnica e o cliente, supervisionando todos os aspetos do projeto – desde as pessoas e requisitos até cronogramas, entrega e orçamento.
Job requirements
Academic Background
Bachelor's and/or master's degree in information technology management and/or Computer Science.
Professional Experience
Over 5 years of professional experience in project and/or team management, with knowledge of IT architectures and environments.
Problem-Solving Skills
Proven ability to solve problems and improve processes, with effective decision-making skills.
Agile Methodologies
Solid experience in agile methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, including leading sprints, pipeline planning, and daily meetings.
Technical Knowledge
Knowledge in architectures, infrastructure management, and implementing secure and scalable solutions, following industry best practices.
Languages
Fluency in English, spoken and written.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Know-how or professional experience in IT
- Knowledge of how to write projects or process specifications using industry standards (UML, workflow)
