A Technical Project Manager, part of the Core services team, contributes to the management and execution of software projects aligned with our vision of Customer Experience.
Your role
- Brainstorming sessions with clients about the projects’ requirements;
- Participating in the planning and technical team’s project organization;
- Scheduling and delegating project tasks and responsibilities to team members;
- Suggesting and evangelizing all teams to adopt the best practices towards the success of the project;
- Executing and monitoring the project’s release plan according to the development methodology;
- Acting as a central point of communication among the various teams involved in the projects;
- Making decisions that influence project roadmaps;
- Ensuring proper deployment and evolutionary monitoring of projects;
- Promoting feedback sessions for the client’s technical team on ongoing project status as well as suggesting. improvements that add value to the solution

Job requirements
Academic background
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Technical experience
Over 5 years of experience with Java-based technologies.
Project management
More than 2 years of experience in the technical management of IT projects, using AGILE methodologies such as SCRUM.
Management tools
Proficiency with tools like Trello, JIRA, Confluence, or equivalents.
Team leadership
Experience in leading and organizing technical teams with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
Languages
Fluency in English, spoken and written.
Nice to have:
- Experience managing internal and external projects with clients
- Prior experience as a Team Lead and/or Client Manager
