Lead client interactions and define strategies that shape innovation in Web Development as a Service Lead at Xpand IT.

Your role

  • Aiming to maintain and improve Xpand IT’s client relationship metrics by contributing with information and recommendations to the client’s IT strategic plans and reviews;
  • Acting as a point of contact for all communication between Xpand IT and client stakeholders;
  • Preparing and completing action plans at all levels (staffing, budget, etc);
  • Implementing production, productivity, quality, and client service standards;
  • Identifying client service trends;
  • Improving client service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes;
  • Establishing service metrics, monitoring and analyzing results;
  • Maximizing client operational performance by providing functional help and technical advice.

Job requirements

Academic background

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology Management and/or Computer Science.

IT experience

Experience in IT architectures and environments, with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Process improvement

Experience in optimizing processes and making effective decisions.

People management

Skills in team management and strategic planning.

Communication skills

Excellent communication skills, essential for interacting with clients and stakeholders.

Languages

Fluency in English, spoken and written.

Pontos extra:

  • Conhecimento shell scripting;
  • Conhecimentos de programação Java ou Python;
  • Conhecimentos de ferramentas Eclipse, Maven, Jenkins, GIT, JIRA ou equivalente.
