Your role
- Coordinating various project teams;
- Ensuring fluid and on-time communication between all teams that have an impact on the projects;
- Meeting with customers to understand business rules and translating them into functional and technical requirements;
- Defining the scope of project releases and sprints, ensuring all stakeholders involvement;
- Working alongside the team, assuming an orientation/coaching role in good practices, quality, planning, among others;
- Anticipating and managing problems, conflicts and risks that can arise during projects;
- Keeping up to date with the latest technologies and trends, providing suggestions/recommendations, whenever this proves to be advantageous;
- Developing and implementing metrics for monitoring and evaluating project execution;
- Participating and producing content within the unit’s marketing initiatives;
- Ensuring the quality and excellence of each delivery.

Job requirements
Academic background
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems Management or Engineering.
Project management experience
At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager or Tech Lead, with client communication experience.
Technical knowledge
Background or knowledge in implementing Business Intelligence solutions and tools, such as Tableau, Pentaho, and Microsoft Power BI.
Agile methodologies
Experience with development methodologies (Scrum) and development support tools (Confluence, JIRA, Git, Jenkins, Bamboo).
Communication skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for team coordination and stakeholder management.
Languages
Fluency in English, spoken and written.
