A Data Analytics Consultant, as part of the Analytics team, will be responsible for transforming business requirements into solutions that drive strategic decisions and influence clients’ Data Journey.
Your role
A Data Analytics Consultant’s primary role is to transform business requirements into Business Intelligence solutions that drive strategic decisions.
You will leverage your expertise in data modelling, advanced transformation tools, and data visualization to develop and maintain reports and dashboards that meet business needs.
Your responsibility include identifying the correct metrics and KPIs, designing data models, developing efficient ETL processes, and ensuring data quality and security. You will work closely with teams from various departments to ensure that the data solutions created are accurate, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

Job requirements
Academic background
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems Management, Management Informatics, or Engineering.
Data modeling
At least 2 years of experience in designing and implementing normalized and denormalized relational data models.
Business Intelligence tools
Proficiency in Tableau, Pentaho, and Microsoft Power BI for creating reports and interactive dashboards.
ETL processes e SQL
Proficiency in developing and maintaining efficient and scalable ETL processes while ensuring data integrity, along with advanced experience in SQL for complex queries and data analysis.
Database administration
Advanced knowledge in database management, including MS SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL, with a focus on performance optimization.
Communication and Collaboration
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with multidisciplinary teams, facilitating the translation of business requirements into technical solutions.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge in Azure Cloud;
- Knowledge of Shell Scripting;
- Knowledge of Java or Python programming;
- Knowledge of Eclipse, Maven, Jenkins, GIT, JIRA or equivalent tools.
